How can I make purchases at PokerStars using Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron?
Visa purchase is fully integrated via the PokerStars cashier screen. When you click on "Cashier" and then on "Buy Chips", you will see an option to use Visa. Click on the Visa button and enter the amount you wish to deposit. In addition to USD, players can choose to deposit in CAD, GBP, EUR, SEK, NOK, DKK and AUD currencies, thus avoiding VISA exchange service charges of up to 3%. Local currency deposit options will only be available to players from the countries using above currencies. Deposits will be automatically converted to US$ equivalent using the current exchange rate. Currently the purchase limits are:
- US $10 - minimum purchase
- US $600 - maximum amount to purchase within 24 hours
- US $1,500 - maximum amount to purchase within 7 days
- US $2,000 - maximum amount to purchase within 30 days
When you click on "Submit", your request will be submitted to your bank servers via one of our processors and you will receive confirmation in about a minute. Purchase transactions are identified on your credit card statement as PStars.
Credit card transactions are processed through our E-Cash subsidiary, Rational Entertainment Enterprises Ltd, Douglas Bay Complex, King Edward Road, IM3 IDZ Onchan, Isle of Man and Openshore Trading Limited, 6 Loanni Stylianou St, 2nd floor, Nicosia, Cyprus.
Customers are recommended to print all transaction data, rules, etc for future reference.

What about my cashouts?
You may use a CFT eligible Visa card to cash out any amount above the deposits that you have made with any other deposit method. You would need to make at least one purchase with a CFT eligible Visa card to be able to cashout to it.

How does the exchange to local currency work?
PokerStars uses Reuters exchange rates to covert deposits in local currency to USD. PokerStars does not charge a conversion fee!
What will it cost me to use Visa at PokerStars?
There are no fees for using VISA cards at PokerStars.
